🔑 Manage Your Rental

Rental Terms

Simple and fair. Here's how it works.

Payment

Setup fee: $50 one-time per rental. Covers delivery, assembly, and takedown.
Monthly rent: Billed monthly via Stripe. You'll get an email receipt every month.
No deposit required. The setup fee covers our costs if you leave early.

Maintenance & Repairs

We handle all maintenance — torn tarps replaced, loose joints tightened, legs adjusted.
If a storm damages the awning, tell us and we'll fix or replace it free.
Intentional damage or neglect may result in a repair charge.

Cancellation

Month-to-month. Cancel anytime from the Customer Portal.
We'll remove the awning within 7 days of cancellation.
Rent-to-own: 12 consecutive payments and the awning is yours. Setup fee does not count toward ownership.

Moving Out

Leave the awning at your lot. We'll retrieve it.
Give at least 7 days notice before moving so we can schedule pickup.
All rental equipment must remain at the lot until we retrieve it.

Liability

The awning is a shade structure. Not intended for heavy snow, high winds, or as a permanent building.
Ted's Awnings is not liable for damage to personal property placed under or on the awning.
Renter is responsible for notifying Ted's Awnings of any damage or safety concerns promptly.
