KC&W University Free Beta Terms of Use

Effective July 30, 2026 · Beta v1

KC&W University is an experimental educational service. It provides instruction and research, not guaranteed outcomes or professional authorization.

Educational use

The beta may explain subjects, create a basic curriculum, ask questions, and adapt lessons. It does not award an accredited degree, license, certificate, or professional qualification.

No guarantees

KC&W does not guarantee mastery, completion, admission, employment, promotion, salary, customers, revenue, profitability, licensing eligibility, or business success. Market, salary, legal, licensing, and regulatory information may change and must be confirmed with authoritative sources before consequential action.

Safe use

Do not submit passwords, financial-account details, private contact information, school names, precise locations, medical details, sexual information, or another person's private information. Do not use the beta to seek instructions for wrongdoing, weapons, self-harm, evasion, or dangerous unsupervised practical activity.

Younger learners

Age-appropriate learning is available, but age-, license-, contract-, purchase-, employment-, job-site-, and equipment-gated real-world actions remain restricted. “Learn now” does not mean “perform a regulated or hazardous act now.” Learners under 13 cannot begin the AI lesson until a verifiable parent-consent method is available.

Availability and fair use

The beta may be changed, paused, rate-limited, or discontinued. Free use is subject to message, hourly, daily, and abuse limits. Automated extraction, resale, attacks, or attempts to bypass safeguards are prohibited.

AI limitations

AI can make mistakes. Learners and adults should verify important claims, particularly legal, medical, financial, safety, licensing, and career requirements. In emergencies, contact local emergency services or a qualified person—not the tutor.
